Independent DTC Streetwear · 2025 — Present · Live brand
Pickles Apparel.
Founder & Creative Director. A streetwear brand built as one coherent system — from the name and characters to the garments, the storefront and the campaigns.

§ 01
Overview
Pickles Apparel is an independent direct-to-consumer streetwear label that I founded and run as creative director. It lives at picklesapparel.com and sells original graphic apparel built around an ownable character world.
§ 02
Challenge
Independent streetwear is crowded and easy to forget. The brief I set for myself: build a brand with a distinct point of view and a world people could recognize — then make every touchpoint, from a hoodie graphic to a product page, feel like part of the same system and work commercially.
§ 03
My role
Founder & Creative Director, owning the brand end to end:
- Positioning and brand narrative
- Brand identity and the original Pickles character world
- Apparel graphics and product development
- Shopify storefront, merchandising and product presentation
- Photography, content and campaigns
§ 04
Creative approach
The characters are the brand. Rather than a logo on a blank, each collection extends the Pickles world — tour-style graphics, the "Brine Unconscious" dreamscape, cropped and oversized silhouettes — so drops read as chapters of one story.
The same art direction carries into the storefront and campaign imagery, keeping the system coherent while each product stays clearly shoppable.
§ 05
